Just wanted to add to your list a new option catering to women and girls who want to look modern, fashionable, casual, and of course, modest. The website is called, www.koshercasual.com. Kosher Casual was created for the Modern Orthodox Jewish market, but has strong appeal across all religious lines as the clothing is indeed modern, yet modest.
Kosher Casual is affiliated with Blue and White Kids, which manufactures clothing in Israel for schools and camps in the US and the inventors of Sleevies, the greatest thing since sliced bread. Sleevies are sleeve extensions that are worn under Ts comfortably and firmly, making any short sleeve top into a modest 3/4 sleeve garment.
Even better, everything is made in Israel.
